Who are we?
BrainBox Organization, founded in June 2024, is a student-led nonprofit organization based in Montgomery County, Maryland. Our mission is to empower students through access to hands-on STEM education, innovative learning opportunities, and community-driven initiatives that foster creativity, critical thinking, and a passion for problem-solving.
What we do
We are a dedicated team of middle and high school students working to make science more accessible and exciting for youth in our community. Each summer, we host free STEM programs that offer hands-on activities. We’re also preparing to distribute free science kits across Montgomery County, and we have an online blog to write engaging articles. Our goal is to spark curiosity and encourage a lifelong love for STEM.

2025 Summer Program
